After a winter like 2019 it’s easy to forget that water falls as a liquid too, but this weekend could be the perfect reminder thanks to warm temperatures and storms moving into the area.
Don’t panic if you’re planning on skiing or snowboarding this weekend though, as Mammoth Mountain has plenty of snow, terrain, and spring sunshine for a great day on the slopes. If spring skiing isn’t for you, then the warm temperatures are also opening up hiking trails and streams full of trout.
No matter what you plan on doing this weekend, check out ASO Mammoth’s weather report to make sure you’re prepared for the weather!

What to Watch for:
Now that Eagle and Canyon lodge are closed for the season, all runs and lifts will be based out of Main Lodge. However, check before you visit to see which runs are still accessible and open away from Main Lodge so you can plan your day accordingly.
If you’re not visiting Mammoth Lakes for the slopes, take advantage of Mammoth Brewing Company celebrating spring and stop by for a drink you’ll find nowhere else. On Friday and Saturday Mammoth Brewing Company is releasing new beers, so stop by and enjoy the spring weather with a great beer!
