Choose the Right Location

Start by choosing an area where you can safely jump that also has plenty of snow in the spot where you’ll be jumping. Avoid areas where the jump-off point is too high. You can always work your way up to more challenging areas later. It’s more important to work on your technique in a safe location first.

Find the Right Starting Point
